gun case interior. Please follow these
tips and instructions:
Step 1.
TRACING THE
CONTOUR OF YOUR GUN
We
ask you to provide a simple full size tracing of your gun along with
magazines, scopes, sights or any other accessories you may want to
include. This can easily be done in a piece of Kraft paper (preferable)
or cardboard, using regular blue ink pen and following the contour of
the gun. Please be as accurate as possible, since this will ensure a
perfect foam fit. Also do not forget to specify your gun model and
the thickness of all the parts.
We
also accept
AutoCAD drawings in .dxf or .dwg file formats ( scale: 1 to 1) via
email.
Step 2.
MAIL IT TO US
We will be happy to take care of
the rest for you.
(try to
prevent creases on the paper or cardboard).
Pricing
will vary depending on how many cutouts you want. The price is a little
bit higher because it includes the extra labor. We will provide you with
a premium closed cell Polyethylene foam in the base of the case; this is
a waterproof material and unaffected by oils, gasoline or solvents. The
lid of the case is our standard open cell Convoluted Polyurethane foam.
Lead time for Custom Gun Cases is 5 to 10 working days.
